Registration
Pre-registration is required for all participants, and participation will be limited by venue capacity. The pre-registration deadline is March 29, 2019.
"On-site" registration will not be offered.
A meeting expense charge of approximately $90 USD will be collected online as part of the pre-registration process. This charge covers coffee, snacks, and lunch during meeting days.

Get-Together and Forum Dinner
Optional evening social events include a meet-and-greet social with hors d'oeuvres the evening of Wed May 8, and a banquet dinner the evening of Thu May 9, both with self-pay cash bar for beer and wine.
